Gasthof Krone - Kinding

The breakfast was amazing - a wide variety of options and great coffee. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to tourist attractions. the staff went above and beyond to make our Christmas stay memorable, and the festive atmosphere was delightful.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but they were clean and functional. the hotel seemed understaffed, resulting in longer wait times for check-in and ordering meals.

Good location and good food with nice beer

We we're very disappointed that the (family-) room we reserved 6 months ago, was given away to other guests, without any good reason or explanation. We really wanted and needed the big family room, which we've spoken for! This may be a reason to skip Krohne for our next visit to Italy and find another hotel.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, confortable rooms with good beds and pillows. We used the hotel to cut the journey from Haarlem (nl) to Austria in half. Definately a place to recommand. The food is excellent as well by the way. Both dinner and breakfast!!

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the convenience of the location. Being close to the Autobahn made it easy to access and saved a lot of travel time. I appreciated the warm welcome from the owner, who even offered a delightful welcome beverage upon check-in. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. And for someone like me who enjoys watching movies in English, having a movie channel in my room was a great bonus.

Another downside was the small and cramped shower and toilet room. It would have been more comfortable if these facilities were separate.

The distinct Bavarian feel to the place. Lovely food and excellent breakfast.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was close to the Autobahn and made our journey much easier. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and we even had access to a movie channel in English, perfect for us as Americans. The restaurant at the hotel offered some of the best food we've had in Germany, including delicious dishes like goulash, potato soup, and the mixed grill. It was also great to find a variety of beer options available at a nearby beer store.

There was a nice welcome, the room was cosy, the evening meal was pleasant.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great German dishes, reasonable prices, friendly staff, buffet-style breakfast with lots of choice.

Everything was spot on.
